I have this one colleague who told me to repeatedly tell her that everything's okay, that's she's good, that she didn't do anything bad. There are times that I know she's sharing me her thoughts for me to appraise her, and he actually did tell me to do so. I was okay with that, though there had been times when I think she's becoming an extreme attention seeker, which some of her friends think as well. But now I knew. She had this so-called Social Anxiety Disorder. Well of course I'm not in the position to call her that. This photo does not justify her character, and I'm not an expert in human psychology to conclude, but somehow it helped me understand her more. Now, I will not think negatively when she starts reminding me to uplift her, because I will just think it has something to do with her psychological need.
